- Wait 15 minutes before getting a second helping of food. It can take this long for your body to process whether it's still hungry. Summary: Chill! The food isn't running away.
- Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones. Summary: Eat your food slowly. So chew, chew, chew!!!
- Try to base most of your diet on whole foods, they are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating, whole foods include lean meats, whole grains, and dairy. Summary: Whole foods rock!
